Please email marketing your Company Overview (150–200 words) along with a high-resolution logo. Accepted formats include AI, EPS, or PDF for print, and JPG or PNG for digital use.

AV Orders
If you wish to order AV for your stand, such as a monitor, please submit a completed order form to Travis Milton at travis.milton@convene.com at least ten (10) business days before the event (April 1st). Once submitted, you will receive an email regarding payment and signature.
Kindly note, access to power is not included in your exhibition package so if you require sockets, please order a power drop from Convene using the order form above.
Delegate List Release
The delegate list will only be shared with sponsors once full sponsorship payment has been received by Corinium/RE.WORK. Timely payment is essential to ensure access to this valuable information.

AV Orders
Convene One Liberty Plaza has partnered with Re:Work to provide AV.

Register your Passes

You do not need to register your speaker - Paola will send a separate registration link to your speaker for the event.
Pre-Event Additional Information
LeadGen
At present we are offering access to our LeadGen platform, Entegy, on a complimentary basis. More details on how to set these up will be sent a couple of weeks before the event.
30 Second Ad Information
You have a 30-second advert included in your contract. Please send an MP4 version by Friday April 10th; it will be played in a communal area by our onsite AV team.
Seat Drop Information
You have a seat-drop included in your contract, which will take place either on the morning of Day 1 or ahead of your session. Please provide 80 copies of your materials, either brought with you or shipped in advance, and hand them to a RE.WORK staff member, who will manage the seat-drop for you.
Prize Draw Information
During the drinks reception on Day 1 (April 15), we will hold a prize draw featuring items provided by our sponsors. Attendees will receive a drawcard and must collect stamps from at least 50% of exhibitors to enter, helping encourage booth traffic. Exhibitors should be available during the reception to present their prizes to the winners, who must be present to claim them. Please confirm your prize by Wednesday, April 8th.

Exhibitor Setup, Schedule, and Teardown
As per your Sponsorship Agreement, Re:Work will provide you with the following:
- 8ft x 8ft Floor Space
- 1 x Table (6ft rectangular)
- Access to Wi-Fi
- 2 x Chairs
Anything you do must stay within the allotted space and must not exceed 2 meters in height. If you have decided to have a custom stand built and/or are using an external provider for any part of your stand, please let us know the details of the installation, supplier, etc.
There is limited onsite storage available for packing materials, boxes, etc. It is suggested that exhibitors keep packing materials to a minimum.
Important Note: Every piece of electrical equipment that is brought on-site must be PAT tested.
Setup:
Tuesday, April 14th
Exhibitors may access their booths for setup between 8:00pm and 9:00pm.
All stands must be fully set up and ready by 8:00am for the arrival of conference delegates.
Day 1:
Wednesday, April 15th
Networking Reception & Prize Draw: 5:20pm - 6:00pm
Day 2:
Thursday, April 16th
Registration: 8:15am.
Conference: 9:00am - 3:10pm
Teardown: from 1:30pm, after lunch ends
Please note: Exhibitors are responsible for both the setup and breakdown of their own booths and must vacate the venue by 3:30pm.
Health & Safety Policy
We are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all attendees, staff, and partners. All event sponsors are required to review and adhere to our Health and Safety Policy. By participating in this event, sponsors acknowledge their responsibility to comply with all relevant health and safety requirements and to ensure their representatives act in accordance with these guidelines at all times.
Shipping Information
Return Shipping Instructions:
Include a pre-paid return shipping label in your original package.
After the event, your team is responsible for packing up your exhibit. Extra packing tape will be available onsite to help seal outgoing packages.
Place sealed, labeled return shipments on your exhibit table after the event.
Sponsors are responsible for arranging pickup and providing return shipping labels.
All return shipments must be scheduled no later than April 20th, two business days after the event.
